MCL Medics EAP - Account Deletion Process

If you have an account and would like this to be deleted, please complete the following steps:

1. Open https://app.mclmedicseap .com/login in your web browser and login with your credentials

2. Once you are logged in, select Account Settings and then select the button I would like to delete my account at the bottom of the page.

3. Our admin team will then process your request with 2 working days and confirm to you via email once your account has been deleted

All data including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and organisation that you work for will be removed from our App
